Symmetry matrix transformations in mirroring cutting patterns
Abstract
Methods and mathematical basis for mirroring cutting patterns using computerised systems are presented. Cutting pattern mirroring, with the aim of obtaining complete cutting patterns, is shown as a part of cutting pattern symmetry. Mirroring is done using matrix transformations in three connected sub-operations and its purpose is to get mirror symmetries of cutting patterns. Mirror symmetrical cutting part is graded again in three connected sub-operations.Downloads
