Abstract

An overview of aluminosilicate compounds (zeolites), focusing on synthetic ones used to obtain a composite material containing textiles, is given. Procedures for the hydrothermal synthesis of microporous aluminosilicate compounds or the possibility of producing composite materials cellulose - aluminosilicate by zeolite deposition on fibers and textile materials, with special emphasis on the possible use of microwave heating, are described.
