Abstract

The main market drivers are focused on reduced launch times to accelerate market access and achieve higher performance and cost-effectiveness. The technology of applying reactive dyes should be flexible in the processes of exhaustion, impregnation with cold aging and in continuous dyeing processes. The new Remazol Ultra RGB dyes are designed to achieve deep, saturated shades, have extremely good exhaustion properties, almost perfect compatibility in ternary combinations, which enables the development of shorter dyeing processes by the exhaustion process and excellent reproducibility between the laboratory and production is obtained in all dyeing processes. The innovative chemistry also enables good color fastness after multiple washing cycles with modern active detergents and minimal photochromism and minimal color difference with different light sources, which is an increasingly important criterion for trade and branded products.
