Abstract

Croatian clothing industry is an important export branch of industry, in which the introduction of ISO quality system has not been started as yet, although it would make a complete control of quality possible, it being one of the most important prerequisites for surviving in the European market. The paper presents a real model for the moves necessary and their dynamics in the course of introducing quality ensurance system according to the norm sequence ISO 9000 into the Croatian clothing industry.
