Abstract

The curvature of the spine to the left and to the right as well as forward in the neck and loin parts of the body and the rotation of the back part of the body on workwomen during the process of sewing clothing were examined. A corresponding mathematical formula for these investigations is shown. The curvature values and the rotation angles of three workwomen performing various technological procedures of sewing clothing at three differently formed work places were found out. The values of curving the spine during working time, the maximum curvatures and the rotation angles at the beginning and at the end of working time were also found out.
