Abstract

Chrome is a component part of metal complex dyestuffs and participates in reactions with chrome dyestuffs. The harmful action of chrome is known and it is necessary to supervise the contents of chrome in a dyestuff, in a dyed textile material and in waste water. Spectrophotometric methods of determining chrome in metal complex dyestuffs were proposed. Special attention was paid to the preparation of dyestuff samples for an analyses.
