Abstract

The frontal fixing of light basic fabrics is described, and in connection with this, the heating system, the pressure system and the conveyor belt system on the fixing machines are considered. Modern fixing machines are equipped with flat heating elements, which are grouped into flat heating zones. The pressure system is designed so that the fixing pressure can be precisely adjusted using pneumatic pressure cylinders. Conveyor belts are made of seamlessly woven Kevlar tubular material with a layer of Teflon applied to it.
