Inventive Management - How and Where to Start?

Abstract

Although the experiences of developed countries are well known in Yugoslavia, there are still unsolved problems; the enterprises are not able to push their way by means of innovations, or is their relation to these questions too respectful. The management in the Yugoslave enterprises applies too many classical actions and too few innovative moves. Obviously, the conditions for taking up a more inventive management have not been created until today. The survival of all such enterprises is endangered, even in their own area. The author discusses one of the possible ways for the encouragement of a creative (innovative) working atmosphere.
