Abstract

Polyester was one of the great discoveries in the field of man-made fibers in the 1940s, and has been produced on an industrial scale since 1947. Polyester fibers are the first choice for clothing and are used for pants, skirts, suits, jackets, blouses and other clothing for outdoor use. Polyester modification is an important subject in the research of fibers that have new characteristics and new utility values. PTT fiber is considered the most important fiber after the polyester period. PTT is a distinct fiber polymer. Its chemical properties are similar to PET, but it stands out with good physical properties due to its morphology. PTT fibers combine the best properties of polyamide and polyester for unique comfort and stretchability.
