Abstract

The situation and possible prospects for the development of the textile and clothing industry in Europe for the next 15 years were analyzed. The preparation of strategic research development, priorities and possibilities of implementation of research and development projects as part of the Seventh Framework Program (FP 7) of the European Commission are presented.
