Polyester and Polyamide 6 Fibres Thermally and Hydrothermally Treated - Characterization through DSC
Abstract
Polyester and polyamide 6 fibres substrates have been thermally and hydrothermally treated simulating industrial thermal treatments with dry heat (heatsetting) and in a wet thermal treatment (dyeing). Differential scanning calorimetry has been used to characterize the fine structure od these substrates subjected to dry or wet heat treatments and also to the sequence dry heat/wet heat or wet heat /dry heat treatments.Downloads
