A system of continuous improvements in the Lithium Mill

Abstract

The paper presents an innovative approach to the application of "20 keys" in a spinning mill (Litija Spinning Mill). "20 Keys" is a holistic approach to continuous improvement, which enables companies to achieve their goals faster and easier. It is based on referral labeling and steps to improve the results of applying referral labeling. The Litija spinning mill has been using this method for two years, and in that time the result of the application of measurement points has increased from 1.66 to 2.40, and the total savings are estimated at EUR 264000.
