Behaviour of Manmade Filament Yarns from Spinning Cake in Warping

Abstract

In the preparation of warps from viscose filament yarns by pot spinning method in Integrated Works »Viskoza«, Loznica, warping has been carried out directly from the cake. It could be settled, that there is a difference in the behaviour and unbatching speed of filament yarns by cake layers. Also trial was made to alleviate problem of weft bars of lining fabrics, caused by different structure of filament yarns. The results obtained by experimental plant investigations have been successfully apllied for more than four years.
