Abstract

A possibility of substitution of costly conventional fuels with textile and other waste has been considered. Optimal measures and possibilities of waste heat recuparetion in boiler rooms have been presented. The possibilities of energy savings through condensing water heat exploitation have been discussed, as well as the savings in air-conditioning plants and in-plant electric energy. Rational thermal devices in wet and dry production processes have been analysed. Special attention has been paid to cost-effectiveness of investments in energy saving equipment and possibilities of their realisation.
