Optimization of Stone-Bio-Stone Washing of Jeans Products

Abstract

The optimal parameters of Stone-Bio-Stone Wash procedure of jeans products were determined. Optimal work conditions: the concentration of cellulaze, the quantity of stone and time of Stone-Bio-Stone Washing were determined using 33 Full Factorial Design. It was found that the optimal parameters are: the concentration of Forylaze SW 300 0.7 to 1.5 %, the ratio stone material 0.5:1 to 1:1, time of treatment 45 to 60 min at 55 + 5°C at pH 6. Optimal concentration of NaOCl for different levels of bleaching without damaging the material are 1 do 3 gdm-3, 10 min at 60 °C.
