Approach to the Application of the ISO 9000 Standards in the Textile Industry
Abstract
Quality assurance is a longterm process requiring a persevering and continuous work of all employees in an enterprise, through a preventive action during the whole life time of a product, from the sketch to its exploitation. The quality manual in the West is a generally accepted documentation form defining responsibilities and obligations concerning quality and proving the competence of an enterprise toward customers and external checking. Thoughtful quality policy and adequate organization, but above all high motivation of all the employees in an enterprise create great possibilities of decreasing production costs and achieving competition on the European and other markets. By means of slogans and examples based on experience of many years, assistance is given to the actions for the process of quality assurance and elaboration of quality manuals.Downloads
