Abstract

In contemporary clothing manufacturing processes, the organization of the work have a great deal of attention with the aim of reducing the working time of the technological operation, maintaining the required quality, higher level of using equipment and machines, faster flow of workpieces in production and reducing the workload and fatigue of workers. For a successful organization of production, it is necessary to properly designing workplaces by finding optimal working methods for each technological operation, thus reducing the psychophysical workload of the worker. For continuous technological process of clothing production, workplaces need to be ergonomically designed, be in order, and working environment conditions should be constant. During working hours, workers in production are exposed to the working environment conditions: temperature, relative humidity, air flow, noise, vibrations, lighting, air pollution, presence of various sprays and vapours in the air. Mentioned working conditions need to be measured and controlled in order to avoid their negative impact on the health of the worker and his work activity. In the paper measuring devices used for measurement working environment conditions and results of measurements in real production processes of clothing are shown.
