The possibilities of optimizing the compression and expansion processes in the textile industry

The paper analyses the possibilities of implementation and optimization of the compression and expansion processes in textile industry, mainly seen through application in the spinning process, dyeing process, dry cleaning and texturizing processes, the processing water cooling and pneumatics facilitating, or respectively pneumatic controls facilitating. The textile plant cost optimization includes both the control of the water vapour consumption, as well as the consumption control of the processing water, the condensate and the compressed air. The textile plant often produces more compressed air than actually needed to ensure adequate air pressure required for the operation of the end - using equipment. It must be noted that optimization of systems with compressed air is of outmost importance in order to meet air pressure requirements for specific end uses. This is accomplished by calibrating the outlet pressure levels for devices generating the compressed air and to ensure the optimum pressure level for every end - using component.Downloads
