Establishment of data base of evaluation system on recycling of waste textile fiber material

Abstract

Recycling of waste textile fiber material is composed of two parts, one is the processing course from waste fiber to regenerated fiber and the other is the using course of regenerated fiber. This paper aims at the processing course, considering whether the waste material contains color, finishing reagent and twist, and brings forward a new model to divide waste textile fiber material. Under this model, different processing methods will be adopted in each kind of waste fiber material, polyester and wool taken as samples, and recycling of waste textile fiber material will be analyzed from the viewpoint of economic costs, and also data base of evaluation system will be constructed, which takes J2EE as joining platform and builds SQL data base. Establishment of such a data base will provide possible plans and theory basis for reasonable and efficient recycling of waste textile fiber material.
