Optimizing energy consumption in refining processes on Monforts systems

Abstract

The use of energy in traditional breeding processes must be optimized by using innovative technologies. In this presentation, it is described how energy costs are incurred and how maximum utilization of energy can be achieved with simple means and methods using innovative technologies in traditional breeding processes. Dryer configurations, minimal application processes, measurement and control technology are also presented, and specific examples are presented.
