Energy saving in the refining of textiles

Abstract

Numerous exhibitors at ITMA 2007 showcased various machine innovations to reduce the constant rise in energy costs. The latest innovations in machines for discontinuous and continuous processing of textiles, dyeing and washing, and for wet and dry processing processes are presented. Manufacturers have concentrated on meeting the requirements by optimizing machine performance and improving and combining heat recovery and recycling systems.
